We have the windows that give you so much light and we have this open space that is perfect for your family to watch TV and to spend the time to be reading and doing whatever your family does.

And now let me show you the heart of the home, this beautiful kitchen. So we are here in the now renovated completely renovated kitchen and take a look at this home. We have so much counter space. We have beautiful white cabinets and we have so get fit GE appliances package, and you know, they’ve sink for your family to cook for your family to entertain.

We have right around. This beautiful backyard is a full slot and you can actually be living inside and out because this sliding door that takes the whole wall is going to allow you to enjoy the whole year, this beautiful view and access to your yard here. Also, we have an open concept, so you have your dining room where your family can sit and entertain and very important.

If you’re entertaining. We need a half a bathroom, all those guests, right? We need a bath. So let me show you the storage and all of the options that we have here. Behind the Scene: Before Renovation Walk through

We’re taking you today behind the scenes to our new listing in Downtown, Jersey City. 

We are in the middle of Downtown and just minutes away from the path and the restaurant road and everything that Jersey City Downtown has to offer. This home is a single family home, 3 Bedrooms, 2 and half baths, and it has parking; a great outdoor space.

 

This is still in full renovation. This is a home that our local builder got last year and we help him buy it with the intention of being renovated. Bring back to the market with a brand new facelift. So we are in full swing with the renovations, and I hope you guys like it, and you can see the vision behind it.

Going to the Kitchen, we have plenty of storage, have a huge counter space that is going to give you a lot of space to prep. There is one feature that our local builder really looked into by opening this wall and having a whole sliding glass door that is gonna move away. And it’s actually gonna let you leave inside and outside during the summer. You’re going to have a full enjoyment of your big size lot.

Storage is always important. And if any nuke anything that we can get storage, we’re going to add it some space for you guys. And we have an instant, hot water, a tankless water heater. So that’s one of the nice features. We also put central AC and heating throughout the hall.

Come upstairs and we see a linen closet. Again, a lot of storage. That’s all we want. And there is a full size bathroom. We have one of the bedrooms with a nice closet and nice wood doors, bright, and a lot of light into this.

These rooms are good size. We also have a closer and all of the lighting is led and everything has been updated and renovated. The master bedroom, this bedroom is huge. You could see, you can fit a king size bed. You can have all your furniture and also you have a, his and her closet.
